It stands for Fertility Awareness Method- basically a way to chart cycles so you know when you're ovulating, etc. You have to take your temperature every morning and watch what's coming out of your vagina, lol. Some people use it for birth control, but I'm just trying to figure out what the hell is up with my cycles :P
