NOW I can start freaking out...
We're moving to Seattle, WA in about 9 months. Whoa! (yes, just like Joey from Blossom)
We visited the team and city for four days last weekend, and it was pretty awesome. Seattle will be a nice place to call home for a few years. We're especially excited about seafood, mild weather, good gardens, kayaking, and the amazing scenery. Being over 2,300 miles and a 6 hour plane ride away from home doesn't make either of us super happy, but we'll make due. It's not permanent.
I have to keep reminding myself to not feel too much anxiety. It's just a pit stop - 18 months or so. I'm worried about being far away while my Nana's health continues to deteriorate, but that's life. Right? *sigh* The whole major life change thing never goes down without a lot of doubt...to the point of obsession. Must...let...go...
