Let's have a good aggression session, shall we?

*ahem* AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRGH!!!!!!!!!!
...and all that jazz.

So there's some good news and bad news. The bad news: I'm absolutely broke. Squat. Skiddoo. You got it. ZERO. The good news: I bagged another temp gig. The bad: Its only for TWO FRIGGIN DAYS. Wow...that's not exactly breaking new ground, is it? Where the hell is that "government money" thing that Americans were promised? I know a few who got it. Not yet for me.

Well, going to do a double-take on 2 jobs I'm applying for. I'm going to drop 2 apps each at two different locations EACH of Half Price Books and Online Coffee. Good luck. There's a waiting list on easy-to-find jobs these days.

Annnnnd Bo Diddley died at 79 years today. Damn...he was younger than I thought. He was legend before he died.

Aside from monetary woes and such and such...it was nice to see my family for an entire weekend. It was the stress relief I need. Plus seeing Vikee and seeing Traz was great, too.

I've noticed this weak trend in my life where I scramble like a mad ant to get some stability, and when it finally happens and I get comfortable in the new surroundings, over the little school-like wonder of a new job with new people, and BAM! the big lay-off. Fortunately I have been lucky before, but there are the certain quagmire moments that suck you down, and you need the proverbial water wings to keep you afloat while you worry about the next bill or when you can get groceries next.

I think I take the term "starving artist" to a T. Whoever wants it, they can have it.

Back in the fray I go, (hip hip hooray)
