Well...I did it. I went without food from 8:30 p.m. Monday until 8:30 p.m. Tuesday. Not too bad. For a little while there I was feeling a little nauseous as I tend to get when I'm very hungry but I had 4 cups of hot Lipton Green Tea with Mandarin Oranges throughout the day. It soothed my tummy and I believe helped me feel full. I don't drink iced
