She walked out of the heavy metal doors and made her way down the steps to the bench. As was her custom, she sat down, pulled out her MP3 Player, and jammed away while waiting for her ride. She usually listened to Ryan Cabrera as the first song in her lineup. She laid back against the bench and slumped down as she let the music slowly take her away

Pretty good. A little vague, but, that's probably the style you were going for, so, it worked out well. Yeah, I like it, I'm not good at commenting on these things, so...yeah.

Nicely written, methinks. I like the overall tone of the piece, and how the girl wants so badly to be in love.
