My day off, thus far.
Didn't bother watching the Oscars last night, for me it would mean waking up at 04:00am…and I've lost touch with Hollywood anyway…though I still like watching the gowns and the jokes…but it hasn't been the same since Whoopee and Billy no longer host it. They should let Robin William host it. That would be a hoot.
Okay, I slept in a little.
At 09:30 started working.
- One load of laundry. Now in the dryer. If it's done before I leave home another will go in.
- Hovered all the dust from the lounge wall after we sanded the joint compound.
- Painted "Primer" all over the lounge wall and now my right hip is sore.
- Wanted to paint also with the paint but the box says the "Primer" needs to dry for 4 hours, so that will have to wait. Alas.
- Going to clean the bedroom wall with a water / vinegar solution to get rid of all those black marks that come from condensation.
TV is on in the background. Opera had Betty Midler; I love how she is for the environment…I feel a lot like that. I really worry what will become of this planet if we don't take care of it.
I'll take the bus later in to Ra'anana where my car awaits me. Picking up the kids early from day care. Taking DD to the Dr. to see if she can get her last vaccine today, if she can she'll see the nurse as well.
