1) Note to self - fondant may be edible clay but air dry clay is not toxic fondant. Since the cake we're doing is made from cake blanks we decided to go with sculpy flowers and air dry clay for the cake covering. The sculpy worked wonderfully the clay not so much. Nothing much to report. Did the family dinner thing yesterday and the leftover thing today. They made not one but TWO 18 lb turkeys so there will be turkey to last for MONTHS. Luckily I don't live down here so I can go home and not worry about it until Christmas ( Read more... )
