The Downside

Tomorrow I'll have to fire my 2nd employee in 6 months. She's been working there for 5 or 6 years but has had a pretty consistent pattern of behavior that should have been addressed long ago. Patricia's already nicknamed me The Terminator. This actually makes me really sad.

Most of the time I really enjoy my job. This is one of those things that I really hate about it.
