Hehe, I've got a job interview tomorrow, and only 500-800 more words of poetry to write for the Writing Project of Doom before I can make a start on the commentary! Though I've knackered my elbows again, and the WPoD is due in a week on Monday. Hm. Silver linings and clouds and all that.

Well, I think that went well. I was friendly and polite and said intelligent stuff occasionally, and the man who interviewed me was really friendly and polite and said a lot of intelligent stuff. We'll see. He apparently has two more people to interview and then he'll be in touch. Fingers crossed!

Ottakars is now Waterstones. Hm. Apparently nothing's really changed apart from the name (and the fact that they now have a poetry section, which I will concede is a good thing), but it still feels like a loss.
