Tonight at bathtime I was washing Faith's hair. After I'd wet her hair, she reached for the shampoo. I put a tiny little dab of it on her hand and she rubbed it into her hair, or rather her forehead with me directing her to move her hand to the top of her head. Faith has a rather random selection of beasts that she's had given to her/discovered and decided she wants in the bed. I never suggested that she sleep with any of them; it was entirely her idea. This afternoon, as has become usual on a Sunday, I took Faith swimming followed by a quick visit to the play park beside the swimming pool.
