Festival de Dinard: Tribute to John Hurt (Update)
The Dinard Film Festival is going to pay a tribute to John Hurt
"When he last visited Dinard in 2009, John Hurt was so enthused by the atmosphere of our Festival that he promised to come back. This tribute is a great opportunity for us to look back on this great actor’s carreer...."
The Festival is going to screen several films featuring John Hurt, for the program have a look here.
According to the Festival and local newspapers, John Hurt should attend the festival in October.
The Festival is also going to present a focus on Scottish Cinema:
"This year, we are creating an event around Scottish cinema. To set up this "Scottish Touch ", we shall programme a focus of 5 new feature length films, short films less than 2 years old and a selection of documentaries.
Films will be revealed to you as one goes along, do not hesitate to return regularly on our site."
