Favorite....Everything!
So, in an attempt to pump some life into this community, I was hoping to put up a series of questions as to your favorite, well, everything! Who's your favorite character, couple, scene/moment, etc and why? Just all that fun stuff. It would be cool to see what everyone's reaction is. Predictions are also very much welcome! I want to know what you all think!
For starters, my favorite characters in order follow as:
1) Takaomi
-My love for Takaomi stems from the fact that I love his hard-headed, tough-love personality. It works perfectly with the other characters, and hey! Who doesn't enjoy a delinquent teacher?
2) Mafuyu
-It's Mafuyu, how can I not love this silly little girl? Seriously. She's probably one of my favorite heroins in manga. Ever. Just because she can pull off badass and adorable all at the same time.
3) Ayabe(n)
-Dust man! His fake love of loner-ism was cute, but it was even cuter when Mafuyu finally broke it down. He's just flat out quirky.
4) Aki
-He weak, he's feminine, and he's a womanizer, but golly, do I love him for all of that! It's nice having a character in the club that isn't good at fighting. Nope. He's simply their adorable make-up artist. It's good to finally have some characteristic variety.
5) Kenkawa
-His crush on Mafuyu totally won me over. Granted, I know pretty much every character has a crush on Mafuyu somehow, but come on! He is honest and terribly cute.
That's not to say that I don't like Hayasaka, Shinobu, Okegawa or any of the others, for instance. Quite frankly, I adore all of them to itty bitty pieces (which doesn't often happen in manga. I usually dislike at least one character).
As for favorite couples....well, that's a lot easier.
1) Takaomi/Mafuyu
-Why? Well, I simply adore their chemistry. Many would disagree due to the fact that he's too rough, or he's too old, or that he's a teacher (which that last one, yeah, I do agree. Wait till she graduates at least), however, when it comes to his style of affection towards Mafuyu, well, plain and simple, that's just how he is. And hey, Mafuyu doesn't have too much of a problem with it. Lord knows she came crawling back as a child, lol. The age gap? Meh, nothing. As a young (but legal) lady that has been dating someone that is a whole ten years older (a wider gap then that of Mafuyu and Takaomi), I can easily say that age doesn't always matter. Think about it, when it comes to maturity, they're about the same level, lol.
2) Mafuyu/Kenkawa
-It's just too cute, lol. Seriously. That's about it. xD
Favorite scene:
1) Shinobu dressed up as a tree. Let's face it, that was creepy and hilarious all at the same time. I can only imagine my reaction to finding someone dressed like that, lol.
When it comes to predictions....Well, I really don't have much. I don't think about it too much, either. I'm sure I'll be pleased with just about anything they toss my way (just about, lol).
