Someone slashed the tires on my mom's car while she was at work. It's not the first time something bad has happened in that parking lot. Last year someone peed on her car. And cars are constantly getting broken into or vandalized there. It's in a bad part of town. Also, she works at the Social Services office so they have all sorts of low lifes coming in there. The welfare clients aren't too bad, the worst people are the ones there to pay fines to the town. There are also court houses across the parking lot, so their clients are around as well.

So yet another pathetic example of the stupidity humanity causes for each other. Hey, lets go slash random tires on cars owned by people we've never met.
