Went Kayaking

I and my mom went kayaking for the first time on our inflatable kayak. We just went around an island in Rice Lake (no real sea voyage there XD). It was amazing how much wild life we saw, people in motorboats are missing a lot, especially when they are trying to untangle their motor from the weeds and we just paddle by (that happened too, we waved to them just to rub it in too). The amount of weeds in Rice Lake is amazing as well, actually a little scary, there really isn't much open water left. Even though we can paddle through the weeds its more work and we tried to stay in open water. My arms felt like they were going to fall off after though, and I got a bad sun burn. But in all it was a lot of fun.
