Boat should be repairable
Well, we talked to the boat shop, and they say that type of problem is easier to fix than you would think, so hopefully, they can fix the boat, and we don't need to try and come up with the money for the new one.
In other news, I am VERY busy getting ready for Further Confusion. I'm on staff, and will be running all the tech to do with video, including all FCTV technical stuff. tursi has agreed to help me during the con, since I need someone who's technically inclined who I can trust. So, you'll see us running around like headless chickens immediately before and during any main stage event. Other than that, I plan on spending more time socializing this con, so I can see more of my friends that I only get to see at the con.
The next couple days I need to finish up the software to manage the playlists for our digital video system that runs the videos on FCTV when we're not broadcasting live, and then this weekend, we're staging all the equipment at a warehouse in San Jose to make sure everything works.
Next week, I've got drakkor staying with me, and I think our house will pretty much be furry central next week
