i'm in rage!!
about EVERYTHING.
this should be a funny thing because right now.. UGH!
karen just told me about a girl getting abducted while getting money out of a ATM
the RAPPED HER!!!!!!!! multiple times...
in down town..
and she got away real fast... saw a cop car and the guys were chased but got away into the bottoms somewhere..
in shreveport.
man this town is getting ghetto
it's been bad but this job lets you see alot.
maybe too much.
and then katy and larry!! biggest rednecks you'll ever know
well I'll ever know because i can't take it anymore
larry tried to get me to go to church
i told him i didnt do church but i believed in God
and then his reply was
but i dont want you to go to hell
comming from a man that says nigger every other word that comes out of his mouth
porch monkey...
he doesnt even know those people and he just see's a black person and calls them niggers
while driving in MY car.
i feel ashamed and i havent done anything.
it just gets to me.
then they call people trash you dont look that nice
maybe they're having a bad day or just dont have anything and so they're actually doing pretty well
in my eyes, you should be helping someone like them
not calling them names
im probably mad bc that's what i put up with 7 hours in a car yesterday
going from sport to benton to haughton to bossier to keithville and THEN out to mansfield
every thing is too high
i feel like a damn robot.
and the sad thing is, this is my job.
don't get me wrong.. i love showing houses
i love selling them
i love it.
but these people are getting to me!! and it's the income bracket im sure
probably if i worked with people that had more sense about them it wouldnt be this way
and it's not just them it's the mtg companys
this woman came by that karen has been talking to
but i was the only one here so she and i got to talking
and she was saying how they dont do sub prime
which basically is for people who don't have that great of credit
and low income
and how she thinks they should not be able to get houses at all
and she hopes that all of the sub primes go away soon
and that she KNOWS that they will
well.. people, no matter who they are.. need a house
and she was just so stuck up about it
axcting like she was better than these people.
what the fuck is wrong with people judging.
so it's like im mad but then i defend the same people
over and over
daily
and its just gets to me sometimes!!!!!!!!!lkjfds;dkljf
can u imagine?
and then this contract that i have
i wrote it with my client, well call her Ashley for an example
and i made sure she wanted the house
she was ok with her note
she was ok with how much she was going to bring with to closing
and TWO DAYS BEFORE closing she comes back to me
I don't want this house!!
it was a great deal.. and her excuse.. it costs too much.
wtf???
i told her she couldnt get out of it bc it was a contract
she could be sued to by the house
and the seller has been waiting for two months!!!
