I keep getting "this site can't be reached" over and over. I love ATLA and LOTR but the rest of these are not fandoms I'm into at all so maybe it wouldn't have worked all that well for me anyway.
I started taking it but I found out you have to be a member of certain fandoms to even answer some of the questions, like one of them was what Hogwarts house you belong to and I'm not a Harry Potter fan so I can't answer that.
I'm still exploring the quiz, but I've already done enough to know there's a "skip question" button for any questions you don't know how to answer. You can skip the Harry Potter question. ;-)
Also, LotR and Harry Potter aren't the only literary fandoms it includes. I've got matches from things like Little Women and Pride and Prejudice. :D
I took another look, it was a different quiz. I took this one and the first nine characters were in stuff I have no familiarity with. (shrug) I looked down the list and it was about 90% fandoms I'm not in.

Aaah, the first version I tried was the 110 questions one that had the skip option. Maybe they only included the skip option with the big quiz and not the smaller ones? They do say they have 1,000 characters, which if you look at the "Full match list" does include characters from House, so if you're just interested in how you matched with House characters you can scroll through your full match-list for the House characters.
there's a lot of other fandoms I'm in besides House but most of them weren't on that list. I did get House himself but he was way the fuck down on the list at #120, behind characters on shows I don't even like such as Desperate Housewives and Twin Peaks.
*Nods.* Only 10 out of 120 being good is worse than Sturgeon's Law, "Ninety percent of everything is crap." You should've at least had 12 good characters/fandoms in there, you only got 8.3%, but it is only a two characters/fandom difference?
here's the characters/fandoms I liked that showed up in the first 120 and the corresponding numbers on the list: Hawkeye from MASH, #10 Abed from Community, #25 (should maybe be counted as one half because I don't like the show but I like him?) Indiana Jones, #40 Robin Hood, #54 Toph from Last Airbender, #66 (yay! she's my favorite on that show) Mercutio from Romeo and Juliet, #71 Guinan from Star Trek NG, #75 (a lot of DS9 characters I don't like showed up higher up on the list though) Klinger from MASH, #104 Marion from Raiders of the Lost Ark, #105 and House at #120

I'd give the quiz full credit because it's about matching you with a given character, not a given fandom, and you like Abed. YMMV.

Cool. Depending on my mood she's either second or third after Zuko. My top three are Zuko, Toph, and Appa, or Zuko, Appa, and Toph.
A lot of DS9 characters I don't like showed up higher up on the list though.Might be a bit more entertaining if you keep in mind that the versions of the characters the quiz is comparing us to are weighted towards fanon rather than canon. Part of how the quiz is slightly more scientific than the average matching quiz is how it asks quiz takers to rate the personalities of the fictional characters. I did some of that rating while I was trying the different
