I just saw it and OOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGGG!

The layers of your character are deeper and more phenomenal than I could have imagined.

This. Cara sent me through a tumult of emotions this episode. Tab was phenomenal. Phenomenal.

Watching Tabrett Bethell just strut down that stone hallways and own that kiss with Dahlia. She's so fierce! And her tongue! She went for that kiss and there wasn't a single one of my roommates that didn't say, "Oh my god that was hot."

This. This. I love the attention to detail on Tab's part. When Cara had feelings and was all good, it's like she was almost ashamed/afraid of wanting Dahlia and Tab was kind of tentative about the kissing. But then when Cara was fully back with the Mord'Sith and all over just pwning Dahlia, Tab just fucking went for it and like exploded the scene with open-mouthed, fucking licking you when I'm done kisses of hotness. Amazing.

As for Cara playing the double-agent (triple? quadruple? Where are we at this point?) I'm torn between where I want it to go.

I know. My mind is all over the place with this right now. I think he has broken Cara for now, but I think when she gets back into real contact with Kahlan and Richard that we'll see a weakening in her. Zedd is the one that Cara had the least attachment to, so the fact that seeing him couldn't force feelings to surface in her isn't too surprising. He was the last in the montage of people Cara cares about. When she meaningfully encounters Kahlan, #1 in her montage of love, I think it won't be so easy for Cara.

God, this show. This show. I don't even. Why is this being taken away from us? WHY?????

It's not taken away, yet! And Terry Goodkind will be supporting us too!

But about this episode: Brilliant acting from Tabrett! Someone give her an Emmy or a Golden Globe, or both! And I can only agree with what you guys have been saying about the hotness and everything! Cara's part of the episode was awesome!

I haven't given up. I'm just trying to protect my fragile heart a little bit.

THIS! I hate that Tab won't get recognition for this because awards shows don't take genre television seriously. Tab has done phenomenal work this season. Phenomenal. I hope that she gets a chance to reach a wider audience soon, because most of the world is missing out on some major talent (and beauty) with her.

If it's not Kahlan I'm going to be seriously disappointed. I'm also kinda hoping that there's an agiel moment or some such. Kind of how we got a hint that Kahlan would go through monumental pain when she got her leg wound burned closed? I'd love to see something like that. Cara and Kahlan, fighting desperately! And there are declarations of love and Kahlan just lets Cara hurt her and it'll blow my mind away even though I thought it up already. :o

Cara's character is just so developed and solid and strong that it's so hard to watch the rest of the episode when she's not there. I've learned to love the campiness and all, but if the writers can make Cara amazing, I'd like to think they would have extended it throughout. But oh well, it's not like Cara isn't enough. ;D

I don't even! It hurts... to think about...

OMG! That would be perfection. In my perfect world, I think it goes like this: Kahlan tries to confess Dahlia, Cara sees and rushes to Dahlia's defense, feeling and scared for Dahlia's life. Kahlan backs off when Cara shows up not willing to risk confessing her, Cara pushes the advantage and uses the agiel on Kahlan. Kahlan takes it looking up into Cara's eyes as she does, pleading to Cara, "It's me. Kahlan. Your friend. I love you." And Cara just can't keep going and stops. Tab does some fantastic acting where we see Cara literally crack open again as she is unbroken, and Kahlan takes her into her arms while Dahlia watches, confused, a little jealous, but also moved.

I'd like to think they would have extended it throughout.

I've also found Kahlan a lot more interesting this season. I liked Kahlan last season, but the level of awesome and lust she has inspired in me this season were not there last season (and yes, her new dress has something to do with it, lol). Poor Richard is just too goodie goodie to really be interesting (unless he's punching Darken Rahl or being tortured by Denna).

As bushidoniggy said on ONTD, Richard is just like: "WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS WORDS I WILL NEVER USE MY COMMON SENSE FOR THE BIG PICTURE BECAUSE IT'S NOT NICE TO LET INNOCENT PEOPLE DIE GOODIE GOODIE GUM DROPS."

I don't even! It hurts... to think about...

This. This. I really can't even think about it. I'm living in a state of denial where I'm waiting for word that its been renewed every day. I can't really let it go until it's buried. I love it too much.

This! I want tears from both of them and it'll be the better climax of the seasons than whatever Richard does to close the Veil.

I can't really let it go until it's buried. I love it too much.

Same. I keep talking about the third season like it's going to happen. As if by sheer determination I can will it into existence.
