1, Roundview Street - Starter Template
Since I'm dangerously bored and still not knowing what to do with my 'hood, I decided I'd start to build some "lot templates". For example, this is a starter template, which is nothing else than a very normal starter house, but with (almost) no CC, unfurnished and with neutral walls/floors. I find them useful because you can easily and quickly change them after your liking/your needs. Also, I personally don't like to download lots with much CC - I'm too lazy to sort it once it landed into my DL folder, so I thought I'd keep these "templates" as clean as possbile. The first lot in Stratford - yes, it is now Stratford and yes, I suck - is a very simple starter. It's not very big, but you can easily customize it - and re-use it over and over again, if you are lazy like me. Oh, and if you understand the quotation in the street name, you win a cookie.
For the inside, I kept the crappy/neutral look.
Floor plant.

Kitchen/Living area
Bedroom: 2
Driveway. Some random garden.
Unfurnished, except the heaters and the blinds. And the barbecue. All Maxis.
The only CC included is the single sliding door by Windkeeper.
I HAVE ALL EXPANSION PACKS AND M&G INSTALLED.

It was built on a 2x1 lot, by MaryLou@MTS.
In the clean installer, two items called "Mailbox" and "Trashcan" should show up. I think it's because I have the buyable ones in my game. So, I'm quite sure you can uncheck them if you don't want them. Let me know if you run into any problems, and feel free to show me your own uses for this first template. I'm not sure about this project, though. Anyway, the next template will be a Sushi Restaurant. I'm not sure about uploading it, so let me know if you think I had a good idea or not.
