18:11 / 7:14 - Key Bridge to Georgetown waterfront
23:03 / 4:53 - Georgetown waterfront to Brick walk at the Kennedy Center
28:52 / 5:49 - Brick walk to Memorial Bridge

36:46 / 4:35 - Memorial Bridge to wood bridge under Roosevelt Bridge
41:23 / 4:37 - Wood bridge to foot bridge over GW Parkway
46:10 / 4:47 - Foot bridge to 4.0 mi. trail marker on Lee Highway (38 secs at stoplights)
