Yay George, yay Abraham.
I'm glad we only have to celebrate those two presidents today. I'd be a little unhappy if President's Day meant we had to celebrate EVERY president this country ever had. Especially the current president. Who is the worst president in the history of our nation. It is intriguing to me to know that I am alive during the term of the worst president our country has ever had. I get to experience this dark hour in our nation's history.
Can someone remind me again why George W. Bush hasn't been impeached for flat out lying to the entire country about "weapons of mass destruction" and Saddam Hussein's "direct involvement with September 11," and then using that false information to start a war in which thousands and thousands of U.S. troops were killed and our national debt soared to over $7 trillion? Meanwhile our schools are falling apart, the environment is going to pot, over 8.3 million people are out of work "because of the economy," and the national debt keeps increasing by almos 2 billion dollars a day. At least a couple big businesses are thriving.
Why wasn't he impeached?
And I'm worried. I mean, I'll feel a little better once he's out of office (which MUST happen, there is no other choice), but I feel like we've become so entrenched in the mistakes of this administration, what's a new person gonna do? What can be done? It's going to be a long, slow rebuilding process.
If, by some horrific miracle George Bush is reelected, I sugest a mass exodus to Greece. They'll never think to look for us in Greece. C'mon, it'd be fun.
