I remember the Moosewood version of this soup as very, very good.

I wish I could remember the differences--I didn't own the cookbook, and I think I combined elements from more than one recipe.

I made that Moosewood one, or a variant, several times in a row, but haven't done it in a really long while. Time to try it again!
