A writing weekend
I have a busy writing weekend planned; one of my workshop buddies is going to be down from NYC, so we're going to have breakfast and then go to a coffee shop for a little writing. I hope to continue writing after he takes off at 2 pm, to get as much done as possible. I can see the end of the draft. I'm not sure if it's possible to reach there this weekend, but I'm going to give it a good try.
Sunday afternoon, I've been invited to High Tea at the Four Seasons. I'll do my writing in the morning. Not sure what I'll wear for High Tea (there's no dress code) but I would like to wear something at least moderately interesting. Nice trousers and shirt, my dressier pair of sandals, maybe. If it's not too hot, perhaps a hat.
