CR (OOC)
Rupert Zeiss is the current student council vice president in 2012. What does that mean? Well, usually it would mean that Rupert gets tasked with a bunch of important duties relating to improving various things around the school. However, because Rupert's a boy and not a girl, it essentially means he gets to take care of whatever it is that the student council president would rather not do that day. As one might imagine, Rupert's schedule is usually very full with paper work, menial tasks (such as running errands that the president couldn't find time to do when they had to be done, like getting her dry cleaning, or going out and buying supplies, or tracking down her cat which has gotten stuck up a tree somehow), and sometimes clerical work. So, it need not be said, but Rupert doesn't have much time for frivolous activities.
When he does, however, he'll usually be around school. He tries not to go back to his dorm room because he and Kieran don't get along all that well (and he doesn't consider it his problem by any means, it's Kieran's, of course). He's a member of the debate team, and actually does very well at speaking... even if some of the members feels that he makes books out of speeches when he should've just made a page or so.
For the most part, everyone will know of Rupert. It's hard not to. He carries himself with such arrogance and his uppity attitude has probably gotten many rumors spread around school about him. He doesn't really like to meet people he considers to be "below" him (hint: all of you) but he does like to be familiar with most everyone because he's still trying to vie for that presidential position even if he'll never get it.
He tries to keep an impeccable relationship up with all of the faculty members, though. So if you're a member of Adessi's faculty, you probably at least know his name. He may have run a few errands for you, as well (at the president's behest, of course...)
