Baby Got Back...
...back problems, that is. I did something last Saturday that really f'ed up my lower back. I have NO idea what it was. I don't recall doing anything strenuous, lifting anything heavy, tripping, stepping wrong, nothing. And yet, a week later, it's giving me some serious trouble.
I can only conclude that the universe has decided to remind me that I'm getting older. Sigh.
I'm considering going to a chiropractor, but feel like I should get it checked out first by an M.D. Does anybody have a back doctor that they love? In case I get to that point, does anybody have a chiropractor that they love?
