I may be going to see Dan Deacon at wowhall.org on the 21st. and I may not.
Hopefully this weekend, I can get over to Yachats if the weather cooperates and go chanterelle hunting with caleb. I have found several varieties of mushrooms around my property and in the woods behind my house but nothing editable thusfar.
Work is going well and I am getting most of the organizational tasks done but I need to brush up on my presentation programming and learn Labview. Labview is like MaxMSP on steroids. I dont think there is anything that Labview cannot do.
I have lost 10 lbs since about 3 or 4 weeks ago. I am down to 182 this morning. I want to lose another 10 or until the fat on my stomach is gone. My face is looking thin again, I appreciate that but I dont like when my arms feel thin. I am going to buy a weight bench off of craigslist soon (as i get paid).
I bought a .410 shot gun but have not been able to find anything around the property to hunt. The black squirrels here in Oregon are a joke. They maybe are 4-6oz. The chipmunks in California were bigger than these squirrels. What I would give to see a couple of those fucking grey squirrels from my yard in Sacramento that were eating all the pecans off my pecan tree out here. I really hated them. I dont feel bad for squirrels, they are only given a better break in life than rats because of their bushy tail. I dont think they are cute.
I need to deal with the gophers in the yard. And deal with the long list of things at work.
