what a long day.
i lost my wallet over spring break (in March) and have yet to get a new license, so today I decided to do such that since i was home in LA. well the first place was ridiculously packed. at the second DMV place i waited 20 minutes just to get a number then found out that my mom got me the wrong birth certificate. so no license today.
then my sister's ring ceremony. how boring. was i that lame when i got my senior ring at the end of my junior year. it was quite humorous how bad ass some of these kids thought they were. if they only knew how much more life is than just a ring and their senior year of high school.
but the good news is i got a good meal out of it because afterwards we went out to eat. that was nice. one of my sister's good friends has a sister i used to date so we hung out the whole time. she's a junior at Tulane and she is oh so beautiful. i think we're gonna hang out on monday night, that should be fun.
well now my sister and her little friends are making t-shirts and signs for Destrehan's semi-final baseball game tomorrow in New Iberia. they're leaving at 7 am. how crazy!
on another not, i'm starting to enjoy Written on the Body more and more. at first i thought it was a lecure on all the metaphors for love, but then characters started to develop and i got into it. i'm a stickler for good characterization.
ok, enough of this, hockey is on, my sister wants the comp, and i want to read too. goodnight
