Tried To Think Up A Clever Toe-Themed Title...Couldn't
So, I have an infected ingrown toenail issue going on here. And it hurts. And it's gross. I've never had an infection problem of the toenail variety...but something clearly needs to be done.
So today I go to the Multicare Clinic by my house, and they're apparently appointment only. They have no openings available today, so I hop in my car and call my doctor, nothing until Wednesday. I drive out to the Urgentcare Clinic in Lakewood and there is a two hour wait. I call the Westgate Urgentcare and there is a two hour wait. So I go to Target, get some more band aids, peroxide, Ibuprofen, chocolate, pads, and the new Sims2 expansion pack and vowed to go to the Lakewood clinic when they open at 9 am tomorrow. Also, I did all of this while driving my stick shift...with a hurt toe.
Mom and I went and got beer. I feel better.
I also need to call my vet tomorrow and see if she's talked to the specialist about Elliott's diabetes. My kitty is too skinny.
