I came home last night grumpy from my sore neck (which is still really painful by the way - no yoga today!!) to find a small package waiting for me which had in it a lovely box of Trader Joe's tea, a See's candy lollipop, bubble solution (I wonder if I can find a bubble wand here in Japan - I bet I can), shiny blue Mardi Gras beads (well, it was Fat Tuesday a couple of days ago...) and her Tori Amos ticket stub from when she and Olivia went to the Tori show that I missed due to well, being in Japan. So sweet! It definitely made me smile, especially because it was such a surprise!!

I'm now going to have a lovely cup of hot tea. ^^
And speaking of Fat Tuesday, hope everyone had fun. I barely even noticed it, being here in Japan but it really, really made me miss my favorite Cajun restaurant in downtown Santa Barbara, The Palace Grill. Man, I really want a Po'boy and bananas foster now. *sigh*
