YESTERDAY

The sunsets in Scandinavia is so spectacular at winter time. I mean, really. If you thought the sky in Munch's painting(s) "Scream" is exaggerated, look at these photos I took yesterday:

They're taken on my way from the National Museum and to Aker Brygge (harbour). So spectacular!

I also had a fun job task yesterday: making props for my boss's show. They're supposed to be "Medieval", small note scores torn in two. A way of achieving an old look is to soak a paper in lemon juice and hold them over a flame until the paper is burned (but not burning). The lemon juice allows a controlled sort of burning, making the paper brown but not brittle. I made six sets yesterday, and I had to disarm my fire alarm because it smelled awful... Here's the result:

Now I'm off to deliver them, as they're to be used tonight (the old ones are worn out)
