School of Tizian, painted in the 1570s or 1580s (I think the former). The area around the head seems damaged. Possible overpaint or just a large stain? I dunno. But the dress is so striking! Certainly because of the fabric. I had a "Eleonora di Toledo moment" when I looked at it.
