Poor Caleb exists in a lot of different timelines. There's the nearly 15 year old child of the 35 year old Matt and 37 year old Lora (though he doesn't post, he has been talked about). There's the 30 something Caleb who's married with a son, who's now got twin siblings that are only two years older than his kid.
This Caleb is a distinctly different timepoint. It fits right in between those two other Calebs. But this doesn't change anything for the future Caleb, he still marries the same woman and has his son in his early 30s. This just... expands upon what that Caleb has in his past that hasn't been talked about yet.
