I know it feels hopeless for a lot of reasons, but honestly, we need your voice. Call your members of congress, let them know how you feel. It does matter.

So I can do what? Preach to the choir? They already know. It’s the rest of this shithole country and there is nothing I can do about that.

I actually saw assholes saying teachers should be armed and that is one breath away from saying it’s their fault they were shot. And I don’t want to send my kids to school here if I had the choice.

Okay, because I've had a day that's involved most of my colleagues playing politics on issues that matter, let me explain how my office works. And for the record, every office works pretty much the same way
