Title: To Defeat the Dragons
Rating: G
Word Count: 329
Author's Note: This was written for brigits_flame as a Just For Fun entry. The prompt was 'Strike'. I think I used it rather vaguely here, but I meant it in a sort of military sense.

And isn’t that what bravery truly is? )

Oh hey, this is new!
It's short and interesting, strikes me as a little vague and common, but hey, I like it :) Good job on this

I was thinking about that too after I wrote it. The eldest son probably gets left behind to rule the kingdom. Fortunate, maybe, but he will have to live with sending his brothers to their deaths. I think I'll explore it more someday.

Thank you! :) Glad you liked it

I have to say it..what of the poor dragon? And it would seem sending two brothers together would sort of diminish the gene pool. Which of course is the part of the story that I enjoy...all those unanswered whys. And well written enough to wish for more. Ever so much fun.

Ah, the dragon...I think its confidence is justified. It'll be an exciting fight indeed, even I'm not sure of the outcome.

Thank you for reading and I'm glad you enjoyed it.

Oh wow.
I love how it was a dragon at the end. Literal or not the way you write it felt like a twist. :D
And I enjoyed that paragraph about ancestors and breaking the silence. d^_^b

Gah, the commas. I've always had a problem with them. Thank you for all the thoughtful editing suggestions. I'll make revisions accordingly :)
