Xander/Anya in

Anya frowned at her menu. "I don't understand."

"What?"

"Four Happiness Pork," she said, pointing at the disturbing item on the menu. "No one ever told me there's four kinds of happiness. Can eating meat really make you happy, and what are the other kinds of happiness? Does it give you all four?"

Groaning, Xander rubbed his temples. All he'd wanted was to just take his girlfriend out and enjoy a quiet, Chinese dinner together, but of course, Anya never let anything be quiet or simple. He groaned again. He'd almost rather be attacked by Vampires than barraged by her never-ending questions!

Spike/Dawn in

He sat and watched her eat, his chin resting amiably upon the palm of his pale hand. He watched and sat in silence as she ate her plate, then went back to the bar, and returned with a second plate first and then a third. Their waitress came to fill her drink; he waved her away when she turned to him. Realizing how much she'd eaten while he waited patiently, Dawn lowered her eyes and blushed. Spike just smiled and waved their waitress back. He finally ordered a bag of pork to go, but that, too, was for his Dawnie.

Hank and Buffy Summers in

"All these places to eat," Hank marveled, "and you want Chinese again?"

"What can I say?" Buffy replied, grinning. "I'm a mushu pork kind of girl." What she wouldn't tell her father was she knew, from personal experience, that both horse and human meat were found a great deal more frequently at the fast food chains, like those she'd enjoyed when she was younger.

Hank smiled, shrugged, and put his arm around his girl. "Whatever you want. This weekend's all about you."

Buffy's smile warmed. This weekend was all about her, and for once, it had nothing to do with slaying.

Crossover Fight: Faith vs. Mojo (Non-X-Men fans may want to check this picture out before reading this drabble.) in

Faith sneered at the enormous being before her. "You are a porker, aren'tcha?" she snarled at the fat, green . . . thing.

"Come on, babe," the creature soothed, reaching his pudgy arms out for her. "I can make you a star."

"Uh uh." Faith's continued retorts built Mojo's fury until he shot laser beams at her. She dodged them all and used the wall behind her to add to the flip's momentum that carried her over his wheelchair. She brought her stake, down through Mojo's head. He screamed, writhed, and finally stilled. "The little piggy cried wee, wee, wee all the way home."

Angel/Cordy in

Angel looked up as Cordelia carried food into the Hyperion. The boys rushed her immediately, eagerly unloading bags full of Chinese pork, beef, and eggrolls. He turned away to head to the refrigerator and the cold blood he had to drink for his own dinner but stopped when she called to him. "Angel?"
Slowly, he turned back to find her holding the bag out to him. Cordelia smiled expectantly at him. "It's still warm, fresh, and everything."
Smiling, he took the bag. He never would've thought Cordelia would willingly touch anything so gross and bloody, but she had -- for him.
