“My Spikey is so negative,” Dru sympathised but she wasn’t objecting to Angel’s hand around her waist. “We need to go kill now, but daddy will bring you back something pretty.”
“Yeah, something we can cut up for you,” Angel gloated. “Because you’re a glass-half-empty type aren’t you?” He spun Spike’s wheelchair around savagely. “You’re not thinking of the opportunities, all the midgets and the other tasty gimps.”
Spike glared until they left for their hunt. He rose and angrily lit a cigarette. Glass half full or empty? The big ponce underestimated how much was still in the sodding bottle.
