Cute! I can see Giles' frustration with the lot of them. It's a wonder they made it through the high school years.

I don't think Giles ever got past seeing them as children. Frustration was an every day thing for him when he had to deal with them. Thanks.

Yes, he just didn't get American teens. It why they were so shocked with Ripper.

Hi,

lovely little jibe at the Giles, and his attitudes, of the early days. I agree that he never did get over seeing them as children, but he did grow to respect them a hell of a lot, certainly in comparison to those early eps.

Yes, in the first season, Giles had little patience with the teens. He did finally accept them as adults later on, but he still felt he had the right to tell them what to do as he still saw them as not mature enough to make their own choices.
