happiest awakening into 2007!

it's so affirming to read such beautiful posts by my LJ friends.

Eating plain yogurt is a bit of a drag.  plain goat's milk yogurt = even moreso.  it's like sour cream and goat cheese mixed together, flavorwise.

I have to put SymBiotics in yogurt 2-3 times a day as part of this routine of many herbs, minerals, supplements.  Tonight I was visited by a memory of sprinkling cinnamon in cottage cheese as a snack as ( Read more... )
