(no subject)
So, I was just messing around with okcupid's Quickmatch system for the first time. Kinda bored, seemed like a decent diversion. And then I get this message:
"Hey OpaqueGlimmer,
You and lovelystar184 both rated each other 1 stars on looks. Mutual burn!"
Personally, I actually found it absolutely hilarious. I even had my roommate come look, I was laughing so hard. I'm not offended: I absolutely understand the fickle nature of physical attractiveness and am certainly comfortable with being an... acquired taste.
Still, this seems kinda sadistic. I'm never rating someone a 1 again, I don't want to hurt anyone's feelings.
