Grandfather's Cancer

I learned today when I got home that my granddad has cancer lumps on his adrenal gland and a kidney. He's had so much surgery though over the last few years that there is a lot of scar tissue so they are having to cut him in yet another place. They are going to cut him "up along the ribs from one side to another" (My mother's words). It's going to be an extensive surgery which is why my mother doesn't have much faith in it working in his old age. They are going to remove the lumpy parts so he's loosing a kidney as well.

So I'm going to be a little out of it I think until his surgery, hopefully not beyond that. So I apologize in advance if my mind seems to be elsewhere and I am a little out of it with e-mails and such.
