Alison! The boys are killing the babies in home corner!!!
And indeed they were, stabbing the baby dolls with plastic kitchen knives, and sticking them in the freezer compartment of the fridge. I rushed in and treated the abused dollies for blood loss and hypothermia, teaching my little criminals how to wrap them, and hold them against their bodies to warm them up. When I left the dollies were being cuddled and nurtured and brought back to life...
I've been told by people in the know that it is better not to interfere with children's role plays and made up games... I don't seem to be able to help myself. :)
