A Pointless Meme

Nov 09, 2006 11:44

This is a pointless meme that I got in an email. So I'm putting it here.

What are you wearing?
That's a fairly kinky question. But I'm clothed, jeans, belt, black bonds singlet, blue button down shirt, black rock and roll t-shirt over the top, socks, reading glasses.

Do you have anything in your pockets? If yes, what?
I have thirty three dollars twenty cents in one of my pockets. The bonus is that I forgot that money was there! I have three packets of blue extra in another pocket. And an ipod in another.

Do you have a handbag? What's inside your handbag?
Are you fucking kidding! Handbag? Why would I have a handbag? I have a bag that kicks ass, but it ain't a handbag. I can fit so much shit in my bag, it's great. I have the following in my bag: house keys, sunglasses, case for reading glasses, Street Boys by Lorenzo Carcaterra in paperback, half dozen pens, a pen with a flashlight in the end of it, post it notes, two packets of blue extra, a keno pencil, a notebook, a USB drive, a bottle of Diesel:green, my wallet, three guitar picks (jim dunlop reds) and my mobile phone. Satisfied?

What are you going to do today?
Ummm, read some slash. Go to the Square, do some shopping. Stalk Katy Steele online. Band practice later tonight. I'll probably consume multiple coffees. There's bound to be food involved. And I'll be taping How I Met Your Mother and My Name is Earl. And when I get home, I'll watch Bones. (YEEEEAAAAH!)

Are you going to watch television today? What are you going to watch?
I probably should have read all the questions properly before I filled 'em out. How I Met Your Mother, My Name is Earl, Bones, and last night's ER which is on tape.

What music do you have playing right now?
Metal, actually. Song is Mutiny by Parkway Drive. It's awesome. Johnny Depp from Pirates of the Carribean, direct quote at the start of the song, taken from the movie: The darkest circle of hell is reserverd for betrayers and mutineers. Then some really good metal riffage comes in.

What is the last CD you bought?
Ahhhh.... I picked up a copy of Garbage: Version 2.0 the other day for five bucks. I almost bought Radiohead's OK Computer, but who am I to resist Shirley Manson? Rowr! Hottest redhead on the planet.

What is the last movie you watched?
I bought Bone Collector on DVD for ten bucks, so that's the last DVD. Last movie I watched on television was School of Rock, which was stupid since I own it on DVD. Last movie I saw at the cinema was The Departed.

Last thing that made you smile?
I was just thinking about Shirley Manson. Before that... the impressive snark that takes place at www.afterellen.com when they review poorly written films. Hilarious. Snark!

Last thing that made you frown?
Thought I was out of coffee, but it was really hiding behind the Cheerios. Sneaky coffee!

Last thing that made you laugh out loud?
Watching Thank God You're Here last night on television. Frank Woodley and Hamish Blake are so fucking funny. And Julia Zemiro. But then again, that's an Aussie thing that a lot of you foreigners won't get.

Last thing you saw/heard about that made you want to write an angry letter?
OH! FUCK! The axing of The Glasshouse by the ABC because it was "too politcally one-sided." Fuck that, they were funny. They're gonna cop a few million angry letters, guaranteed. Note to ABC: If you even think about axing Spicks and Specks, I'll kill you myself.

Last thing that made you feel sick?
Labor MP Milton Orkopoulos being arrested for over thirty child sex offences. Made me sick, because I know him in the sense that he was my local MP when I lived in Swansea.

And that is all.

Note: Rummy's goneski. Wheeeee!

snark, tgyh, bones, meme, himym, girlperve, musical wankage, tv, nothingness
