high school is over. this is the time in our lives where we realize who our friends were, who are friends are and who we'll never talk to again.
so your sitting at the computer, cause you've got nothing else better to do, and your checking out your buddy list to see whose online that you can chat with. you look at the screen names...some people you talk to all the time, some people you just chat with online, and other people you talk to in school but your just not good enough of friends to talk out of school.
it sux when you realize that someone you've known forever somehow isnt around very much anymore. it sux when this someone was your best friend. youve known them since 5th grade and spent almost all last summer together. it sux to see that person hanging with new people, and it just so happens the people that person hangs out with now - dont like you.
it really sux when you miss this person so much, and you want to hang out with them and be the same friends as you used to be, but then come to understand that its impossible. the obsticles that stand between you and your goal are too hard to overcome.
i guess on the brightside you'll always have those memories. back in little loop cheerleading, high school cheerleading, lacrosse, gym, ap chemistry, finance academy....countless parties...late night talks over oreos and milkshakes. you'll never forget the friend or the memories.
