2011 ONTD_skating Superlatives: Nomination Post
Our beloved _skating is turning 1 in just over a week, and to celebrate this glorious achievement, eachpeach and I thought it would be ~delightful~ to do ONTD_skating-themed Superlatives!
This face conveys my emotions rn.
For those who are unfamiliar with "superlatives", they're often in US high school yearbooks and you nominate and then vote on various classmates for various "titles". Such titles include things like, "Most Likely To Be Successful, "Best Eyes", "Most Likely to be a Crazy Cat Lady/Man" (errrr...) etc.
We thought it would be fun to come up with our own superlatives to nominate various skaters from any discipline (men's singles, ladies' singles, pairs, and ice dance), both retired and currently competitive, and from any level (novice, junior, senior, etc.).
We have quite a list for superlatives! So we need EVERYBODY to come out of the woodwork (and we know you're here lurkers, so please do contribute!) and nominate people, because quite frankly, we do not want to see PChiddy winning every topic (#PatrickChanWorldChampLadies2011, #PatrickChanWorldChampMens2011, #PatrickChanWorldChampPairs2011 #PatrickChanWorldChampIceDance2011). :-p

HOW TO NOMINATE aka tl;dr
In order to nominate, please include the superlative you are nominating and the name and discipline of the skater you're nominating (e.g. for "Best Hair" - Stephane Lambiel, Men's Singles). You are then free to post a picture or video of the skater you're nominating. You may also provide a brief explanation as to why you're nominating that skater if you'd like if you don't feel like using a picture or video.
As previously stated, you may nominate any skater, either living or dead, either retired or currently competing, and from any discipline or level.
Please make a separate comment for each nomination and only nominate one skater to one superlative per post (e.g. for "Best Hair"- if you're nominating both Stephane and Daisuke, please use separate comments to nominate each one).
Please only nominate each skater once for each superlative, but feel free to "second" nominations via threaded comments.
A few of the nominations do not require a particular skater, and they will be starred and specific instructions will be given as to how to nominate for those particular titles.
