Zombie Apocalypse: CDC Denies Existence Of Zombies Despite Cannibal Incidents

Jun 02, 2012 20:54

The horrific face-eating arrest in Miami and several other seemingly subhuman acts has many people wondering what's behind this flesh-munching wave of terror.

A zombie apocalypse, however, is not what we should be worried about, at least according to the federal government.

Paranoia under here. )

Agreed. There was an article in The Examiner entitled "Did the CDC Really Have to Reassure the Public About a Zombie Apocalypse?" or something like that ( ... )

My God, I want to make love to this article! This is all the things I said in the last post, but in such a better way (i.e. with humor and without having a complete fit).

What is worse, is I've seen some news sites pick up cannibalism stories that are YEARS old and are now reporting on them alongside the recent stories making readers think that it all IS happening right now because they aren't taking the time to research further. It is sick and disgusting and really makes me hate the media more than I already do.

I KNOW. You know something is seriously fucked up when Cracked is the voice of reason.

,..admittedly, they've kind of been on the ball with some, like pointing out bullshit excuses people come up with when accused of sexism.
