Well, if being "verbally abused" made him spout racist stuff, that's totally excusable then. Because being a bit annoyed and bothered can randomly turn the best people into racists, rather than, say, make it easier to distinguish between good people who do not react to verbal provocation with racism and those who need only a little provocation to make them say what they actually think... racist stuff.
