I hate taggers too! I feel that they lower the property value of neighborhoods and encourage other criminal activity. :(

Tagging in L.A. is out of control.

I am always in complete wonderment when it comes to tagging; how do they do it [i.e. tag on the freeway without falling off the area they vandalized, or how is it that they don't get run over by a car while vandalizing the center dividers?]

hahaha i agree..i don't get how they can get up on those exit/miles signs! like do they stop on the freeway and do it? it baffles me.
