1. Juliet Burke was not born into bad-assery. Unlike a lot of other HBICs, she is a completely normal lady who at age ~30 found herself in a bad situation. What did she do? She nutted the fuck up.
2. Juliet Burke is not just a doctor; she is a medical genius. No matter what your problem is, if you want a baby, she can give you one. Got cancer? Juliet will heal your cancer and give you a baby. Got a penis? Masculinity does not stand in this fertility doctor’s way. Stuck on an island that kills pregnant women? Juliet will get your ass off.
3. Juliet Burke puts everyone’s well-being above her own. Even though she’d been stuck on the island for longer than anyone else, she vowed to make sure all the airplane survivors got off before she did.
4. Juliet Burke is not fazed by your magic. She doesn’t give a shit if you are immortal, if you can travel through time and space, if you can control the smoke monster, or if you live in a Foot.
5. Juliet Burke sacrificed herself to give everyone else a chance at happiness.
