Hey, hey! How was your trip to Germany (have you been?) and the hospital? Mess. I've done a lot of posts with pictures and news round up and whatnot, and they should be tagged, so knock yourself out (if you have time

Hey! Germany was good thanks - needless to say, speaking German or English was a challenge, but it was gloriously hot weather so I couldn't complain! When I got back though I ended up getting really sick and rundown and spent a fun few days on a drip at the hospital, so I am just glad to be better and at home now. I'm not sure I have much blood left in my body either, my arm looks like I've been injecting the wrong stuff

Spurs have been linked with defenders. They've tapped up this lad from the Bundesliga (he's Austrian, but played in the Bundli) and Trippier from Burnley - so Pochettino seems to be knowing. I think they're also linked to a DM from Marsielles, so yeah.
Actually, it's generally agreed that Arsenal need a top goalie, and neither Opsina or Sczneczky fit the bill (especially for the CL nights and such). I'd hope that Spurs would be trying to find a young and decent goalie from the Bundesliga (not Weiderfallen), they seem to be springing up like mushrooms after a rainfall over there.

Hi sis! Hope you're feeling better now!
Did you see that BvB have got a new, hot, really good goalkeeper? He's from Freiburg. Most of the internet think that Mitch will go but I don't want Mitch to go :(
Arsenal haven't had a truly great goalkeeper since Mad Jens Lehmann. Ospie and Chezza are solid (though Chezza really needs to get his attitude together) but there's no way we'll pass up Cech when he's available. He wants to stay in London, start matches and play in the CL and we'll give him all of those. Though I'm not convinced it'll happen because Mou's doing everything he can to stop the transfer.
Hey, I'm feeling much better thanks! Oh god I've missed so much of the trasnfer gossip that hasn't been PL based! I need to search up this new GK. Hoping he is replacing Roman and that Mitch is staying?
Shouldn't Arsenal be looking for another striker instead of a GK? Do you think Cech would be #1 if he does join? I think if Cech stays then either Ospina or Woj need to consider leaving, as no one wants to simply bench warm?

Yeah, I hope Roman retires and Mitch stays. But I don't know if Mitch will like being #2 to Bürki. Bürki is too good to be benched. He'll start.
Arsenal are looking for a striker too but it seems that Wenger wants to get the job of getting Cech done quickly and focus on the rest of the transfers in the next couple of months. Cech will definitely be #1 if he comes to us, without doubt. The rumors are that Ospie will be the one to leave but honestly, I'd rather if Chezza left. I like the guy, he's got the talent and of course, he's homegrown and a product of our youth academy and all that, but he can't fix his attitude and his ability to pick up at least one red card per season at 25, he's better off going somewhere else. Ospie makes mistakes, but he's a much calmer presence and his distribution isn't as bad as people make it out to be. He's a bit short but I think he's a better option to have as backup than Chezza.
