OP what are you doing to me?! jesscp December 4 2014, 10:32:42 UTC
Hummels there's too much head on that pint

I know I'm not the only one on this comm thinking bad thoughts about head and Hummels?! Am I right?! I swear down if he was my barman I wouldn't even care about his badly pulled pint. So ironic to say this but the thirst really is real with him.

The boys did a big signing event too and Marco and Kevin were sat together and looked so cute. If I get time I'll grab the pics from Tumblr, for the first time ever Marco was dressed properly ie not in a tshirt which is long enough to be a dress.

Moreno's attempt at English on Instagram is so cute, bless his little heart.

There are rumours that Ozil and Mandy might be back together - I like her but I hope she has more respect for herself.

I missed all matches last night so I have no idea how the games went apart from knowing the scores.

Tottenham got unlucky, I think, they should have scored in the first 20 minutes, but that's where Chelsea showed their class and experience . The Tottenham team is young, and they are adjusting to Ponchettino, so I hope Levy (the Spurs chairman) holds off his trigger finger ( ... )

Aguero seems to be holding Man City together at the moment, a bit like Sanchez at Arsenal. It's not good for a team to become reliant on one person to score though.. It is interesting to see certain teams waking up at this crucial time though, I want a team to be able to challenge Chelsea for the top spot. I'm bored of teams just fighting for top 4 instead of the top spot - we have enough of this shit in the BuLi year in year out I'm so dramatic and bitter

I shouldn't even laugh at Moreno as I can't even speak Spanish, never had it at school! It's sweet that he is really trying to integrate, I wonder how he finds the Scouse accent!!

I love Hummels, he's just an Adonis and he has a cute younger brother too. He also has a pretty good sense of humour and yeah, all round I just like him so much I hope he's recovered soon because fuck it we need leadership ASAP.

December is always that month in the PL though. That's why even Jose Mourinho always gets antsy around this time of year when people go, "So, Chelsea is going to win the title, then?" because he knows that come December, January, some times will fall by the wayside and other teams will get it together. Yeah, I really think Man City needs Toure to start stirring to form, and curses for Silva being out with injury, because he is magic on his day. Man City will fight for top spot, but again, City is that sort of team though, they stir in the latter parts of matches and competitions, Idek. They take a long time to wake up, but once their eyes are wide awake, watch out ( ... )

The further North you go, the nicer the English are.

Being a Southerner myself, I have to agree, we are all either miserable or snobby down here - I most definitely fit into the miserable category!

Yeah leadership is a big issue - Gerrard is so embedded in everyone's minds when they think of Liverpool that it's gonna be tough when he finally goes. The fact that no one else seems willing to step up is a worry, they are going to need someone to fill his boots well before he leaves, so once he does it is not that big a shock.

That gif is adorable!

The problem with Dortmund is our 2 leaders always seem to be injured at the moment. Let's face facts too, one of them is more than likely to leave in Summer, so again the big question of leadership is who else is gonna step up to the plate.

Yeah, Hendo is the vice captain, and he's well liked. Gerrard stepping away might be good for him in that he'll have space to grow into his shoes. Gerrard in a lot of ways has probably held up Liverpool for too long. His goodwill probably blunted a lot of things that the club should have been called upon, I mean.

To be honest, I don't begrudge Gerrard if he feels that it's time to step away, especially since he's working on his coaching badges, etc. A new experience in a new league can only be good for him, and give him some perspective- but then I'm from the school of thought that everyone should try and do a stint abroad at some time in their lives.

Ugh, don't speak to me of Tin Tin. For his sake, I just hope that he takes his time getting back on his feet, tbh.

I really don't know a lot about Liverpool players, so I'm not really sure who Hendo is?! If Gerrard goes abroad now, I think the only league for him now is MLS. I think he's just too old for La Liga now, plus I think there might be more opportunity for him in MLS. He could join Lampard maybe, if he goes that is!

Oh my one and only, Tin Tin <3 he has all of this month, plus the month break to get properly rested - with the state of things now, I like to think they won't rush him back into the first game or maybe at least sub him on or he will just be out all over again.

Although the cynic in me thinks of BVB play him straight away and he gets injured again after a couple of games, he is gonna look less desirable to other teams, perhaps keeping him at BvB a while longer?! Ugh I don't know. I really don't want him to leave because when he is good he is fucking excellent but that period just doesn't last so long lately.

I'd hope that's where Tin Tin's people come in though, not matter what Dortmund says. Nowadays as a career footballer, Xabi Alonso seems to have the right idea- get glories, burnish your CV with good teams, and leave before you get the push. As for Tin Tin, he's only good if he can play, and he really shouldn't be rushing. I think this has been the third knock in 2014. Take your tiiiiiime ( ... )

Ugh I am so conflicted, I feel like TinTin's people might push him back a bit sooner, to show he is fit and can perform really well for the big teams watching him currently. I swear... I would be SUCH a good manager for him. He needs properly looking after and proper conditioning before coming back to playing. Klopp better not start him constantly again, he needs to be bedded back into it all slowly or it'll be injury time again. The poor boy breaks my heart.

Lampard has been so good for Man City, he has really injected some life into a half dead team and proved that he can still play with the younger boys. I sort of don't want him to go away to MLS, at least stay the full season at Man City and see it through.

I would hope that tin tin has a good agent, kinda like Ballotelli (whatever Ballotelli's short comings, he chose well on the agent front). Tin
Tin wants to win things, but he needs to give him self time to recuperate. A good agent will protect him from himself.
